Fred Kim

Fred Kim is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in retail and commercial real estate. Currently serving as a Retail Property Manager at Midwood Investment & Development since May 2021 and concurrently working as a Property Manager at Monem Corporation since December 2020, Fred has demonstrated a diverse skill set that includes property management and leasing. Prior to these roles, Fred held positions as an Assistant Property Manager at Jamison Services, Inc. and as a Leasing Consultant at Goldrich Kest, showcasing a progressive career path in the industry. Fred began the professional journey as an Administrative Assistant at Secured Properties Inc./SP Residential Inc. and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2016.
