Heriberto Cruz (Eddie)

Heriberto "Eddie" Cruz has extensive experience in residential property management, currently serving as Senior Resident Manager at Midwood Investment & Development since March 2016, where responsibilities include opening a high-rise luxury building with 82 residential apartments and coordinating the completion of construction punch-list items. Previously, Cruz worked as a Handyman at Clinton Management from 2015 to 2016, contributing to the opening of a high-rise building with 509 apartments, handling various plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
