Monica Frazier

Monica Frazier currently serves as General Manager at Midwood Investment & Development, a position held since May 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Village Green from June 2013 to June 2022, where Monica advanced through various roles including Executive Property Manager, Assistant Area Director, Property Manager, and Management Trainee. During this time, responsibilities included overseeing property operations, marketing strategies, financial evaluations, and project management. Earlier experience includes positions at Saint Louis University as an Office Assistant in the Department of Housing and Residence Life, as well as internships in Human Resources at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, both obtained from Saint Louis University.
