Evgeny Babushkin

Evgeny Babushkin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Evgeny currently works as the Director of European Business Development Digital Services at Miebach Consulting Group. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Value Management Supply Chain Design & Planning at Coupa Software, where they ensured customer success in supply chain design and planning for strategic clients in EMEA.

Before their role at Coupa Software, Evgeny worked at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, where they held the position of Director of Global Supply Chain Planning for Surface Solutions. Evgeny was also responsible for network planning in the pharmaceuticals division.

Evgeny also gained extensive experience at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles such as Director of Supply Planning Innovation, Associate Director of Supply Planning, and Supply Planning Manager. Evgeny led supply planning for Gillette EMEA Premium Blades & Razors and successfully transitioned planning processes from Lodz sites to the Warsaw regional planning center, resulting in increased productivity and employee satisfaction.

Before joining Procter & Gamble, Evgeny worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Energomash (UK) Limited. In this role, they were involved in mechanical design projects.

Throughout their career, Evgeny has received several accolades, including the P&G European Nautilus Award and the P&G CEO Award for their outstanding performance and contributions to site transitions, operational excellence, and service targets.

Evgeny Babushkin earned an Engineer's degree in Automation of Production and Technology from the Saint-Petersburg State Engineering Institute, from 1998 to 2003.
