Lakshmidevi Lakshminarasimhan

Lakshmidevi Lakshminarasimhan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information systems, IT, business innovation, and project management. Currently serving as Director of IS/IT and Innovation at MIEC since April 2019, Lakshmidevi has held various leadership roles such as Director of Business Innovation and Strategy and Transformation Lead. Prior experience includes roles at Equitable from December 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities ranged from Business Project Manager for the Fraud Prevention & AML Program to Scrum Master. Additionally, Lakshmidevi worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Gen Re, AIG, and the New Mexico Department of Labor, specializing as a subject matter expert in the insurance domain. Academically, Lakshmidevi holds an MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Master of Commerce in Financial Accounting and Insurance from Annamalai University.
