Rachael Leshinsky

Rachael Leshinsky is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Miele Global Services in Australia and New Zealand since February 2018, Rachael previously held the position of General Manager of Human Resources and Legal for Bakers Delight, overseeing operations in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. Rachael also managed human resources for National Quality Retailer as part of the Bakers Delight role and lectured on Workplace Relations and Strategic Human Resource Management at Australian Catholic University. Earlier career roles include HR Consultant at Australia Post, HR Officer at Mayne Pharma, and HR Administrator at Digital Equipment BCFI AB. Rachael holds a Master of Management (Human Resources) from Monash University and additional qualifications in mediation and workplace training.
