Andreea - Silvana Speianu

Andreea - Silvana Speianu currently serves as a Business Innovation Facilitator at Miele, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of innovation through the development of strategic concepts and tailored market analysis. Prior experience includes co-founding Budai Boards during a corporate career break, achieving 2nd place in the Startup Plus funding competition in 2018. At Enel, Andreea held roles as Head of Strategy in the Procurement department and as a Procurement strategy specialist, successfully managing teams and developing integrated procurement plans. Additionally, Andreea worked as an Associated Consultant at Kearney and as a Supply Chain Consultant at Kerkhoff Consulting Southern Europe. Education includes ongoing leadership programs at IESE Business School and SDA Bocconi focused on energy management.
