Carmen García Herrero

Carmen García Herrero is an experienced International Language Manager at Miele, where responsibilities include optimizing processes across Miele countries, enhancing customer communication, and building expertise among local Language Experts, particularly in Portugal and LATAM. Carmen leads the Iberia Language management team, overseeing the translation and localization of company documentation, as well as managing significant projects focused on consumer-oriented documentation. Prior to Miele, Carmen served as an Assistant in the International Sales Department at MAN Truck and Bus AG. Academic qualifications include a Project Management Expert certification from U.N.E.D., a Leadership and Management course from PROAKTIV Management GmbH, a Master's degree in teachers training from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Bachelor's degree in translation and interpreting from Universidad de Valladolid.
