Manon Dohmen

Manon Dohmen currently serves as the EMEA Aftersales Director at Dyson since January 2024. Prior to this role, Manon held several key positions at Miele, including Vice President of Service Strategy & Business Development and Vice President of Contact Center Management. Manon also worked as the Director of Consumer Services at Miele Netherlands B.V from July 2018 to January 2021. In previous roles, Manon contributed to Richemont as the European Client Relations and e-Commerce Director and served in various capacities including Global CRC Operations and Systems Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Q-Park as International Account Manager and Customer Services Manager, as well as Operations Manager at DaimlerChrysler. Manon is educated in International Communications from Zuyd University and holds an Advanced Project Management degree from Nyenrode Business University.
