Patryk Plichta

Patryk Plichta is an experienced production engineer with a strong background in the field of automatic electronic assembly, particularly in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT). Currently serving as a Production Engineer at Miele since February 2022, Patryk previously held various roles at E.G.O Elektro Geraete AG from October 2015 to March 2022, including Shift Engineer and Specialist in the SMT department. Responsibilities encompassed implementing new products, optimizing production processes, managing teams, ensuring quality control, and providing training for operators and engineers. Patryk holds an Engineering degree in Automation and Robotics from Lodz University of Technology, completed in 2015.
