Tom Hagen Magboo is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and malware analysis. Currently serving as a Security Consultant at NETSYNC since January 2021, Tom specializes in both internal and external assessments of web applications and Active Directory, along with endpoint solution security testing. Previous roles include serving as a Security Consultant at bluedog Security Monitoring, focusing on real-time security alerts and incident investigation, and a Cyber Security Specialist at Trend Micro, where Tom engaged in intensive malware reverse engineering. Tom began the career with an internship at PLDT, gaining hands-on experience in fiber optic technology. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Batangas State University, completed in 2017.
