Jan Niklas Luebke

Jan Niklas Luebke is a seasoned professional with expertise in M&A advisory and operational transactions. Currently serving as a Manager at MHP – A Porsche Company since October 2021, Jan executes large-scale transactions and provides end-to-end advisory throughout the M&A deal cycle. Prior to this role, Jan worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, focusing on carve-outs, due diligence, and post-merger integrations, while also gaining valuable experience as a Consultant and Financial Advisory Intern. Early experiences at AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA and insurtech group GmbH contributed to a solid foundation in business valuation and operational integration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and a BSc in International Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.
