Kimbra Shoop

Kimbra Shoop is a seasoned educator and communication professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently, Kimbra serves as a Learning Support Teacher at Mifflin County School District since January 2021 and has been an Online Adjunct Instructor at Indiana University East since August 2011, teaching courses in communication. Additionally, Kimbra has held a long-term position as Local Registrar 44-418 with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Division of Vital Records since May 1990. Kimbra also operates as a Freelance Writer & Consultant, creating content for both online and print publications. Previous roles include PA State CARES Coordinator for Seven Mountains EMS Council and Research Assistant for the REACH Network. Kimbra's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication and Media Studies from Liberty University and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies among other degrees.
