Joseph Menchaca

Joseph Menchaca is an experienced asset and property manager with a strong background in real estate management. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at MIG Real Estate since January 2023, Joseph previously held the position of Regional Property Manager at Greystar from August 2017 to January 2023. Joseph's earlier roles include Community Manager at Camden Property Trust, where responsibilities included the complete acquisition of property and establishment of new procedures, and similar positions at Verde Real Estate Company and Equity Residential. Joseph holds a degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and previously attended St. Mary's University.
