Franz Bdoyan

Franz Bdoyan has extensive work experience in product management and strategy roles. Franz is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Mighty Buildings, where they are responsible for driving the R&D/Product roadmap to transform the construction industry. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Product Manager at Mighty Buildings and played a key role in aligning company objectives and leading a diverse team.

Before joining Mighty Buildings, Franz worked as a Senior Product Manager at Convoy Inc, where they focused on building a Digital Freight Network using automation and data-driven tools. Franz also has experience working at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams to launch customer-facing products and drive sales. Additionally, Franz has worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, a Strategy Associate at Jabil, and an Independent Board Member at Metadynea LLC.

Earlier in their career, Franz held the position of Senior Manager at PwC, where they consulted companies on technology strategy and business process optimization. Franz also has experience as a guest lecturer at Saint Petersburg State University and as a Summer Associate at DLA Piper. Franz Bdoyan holds an MBA degree with a focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University, from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in January 2011.
