Michael White

Michael White is an experienced professional with a strong background in workplace culture and innovation. Currently serving as Transformation Director at Mighty Cultures since October 2024, Michael leads efforts to enhance organizational culture through creative solutions. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple positions at ?What If! Innovation from August 2010 to September 2024, including Head of Culture and Innovation Director, where impactful leadership development experiences were designed and delivered, driving cultural shifts and innovation capability across sectors. Additionally, Michael served as Lead Inventor, creating and implementing innovation curricula and conducting workshops for over 25 organizations. Earlier career experience includes a role as Community Programs Coordinator at the Crime Victims Treatment Center, where program management focused on supporting survivors of violent crimes. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from Colorado College, earned between 1998 and 2002.
