Megan Hryndza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, strategy, and nonprofit development. As Co-founder and CEO of Mighty since February 2016, Megan has focused on transparency in banking and aligning financial services with consumer values. Prior roles include Associate Director of Digital Marketing Technology at Kraft Foods Group, where Megan led a significant website re-platforming initiative, and various strategic positions at Starcom MediaVest Group, contributing to award-winning campaigns for major clients. Additional consulting roles have involved social marketing strategies and nonprofit initiatives, including work with the U.S. Department of State. Megan holds a B.S. in Cellular and Structural Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Certificate in Big Data and Advanced Analytics Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.
