Senior UX Researcher at Mighty Networks

Kelsey Meagher, PhD has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 with a Sustainable Agri-Food Systems Fellowship at UC Santa Cruz Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems. In 2009, they held positions as National Administrative Team and California Regional Coordinator for Real Food Challenge. From 2010 to 2018, they held various positions at University of California, Davis, including Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Food Science & Technology, Researcher in the Department of Sociology, Teaching Assistant in the Department of Sociology, Associate Instructor in the Department of Sociology, and Research Assistant at the Energy Efficiency Center. In 2014, they also held a Research Assistant position at UC Davis Center for Poverty Research. In 2018, they held a Research Assistant position at UC Davis Policy Institute for Energy, Environment, and the Economy. In 2020, they became a Data Ambassador at DataKind. Most recently, in 2021, they became a UX Researcher at Mighty Networks.

Kelsey Meagher holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from UC Irvine.
