Scott Robarge has a diverse and extensive work experience. Scott began their career in 2010 as a Principal and Recruiter for Another8, a recruiting firm that connects professionals with venture backed startups and other high-growth organizations. In 2011, they joined Greylock as Talent, a leading venture capital firm. In 2014, they became Talent for Stitch Labs, Inc. In 2015, they were Talent for Kinetica and Head of People for Mighty Networks. In 2017, they were Talent for Plenty, Inc. In 2018, they were Talent for Kittyhawk. In 2019, they became Principal and Co-Owner of Alpine Base & Edge. In 2020, they were Talent for both Groq and Copado.

Scott Robarge has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
