Katerina Arsova

Katerina Arsova has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Katerina is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Leapsome since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at Flink from July 2021 to January 2023.

From July 2019 to July 2021, Katerina worked as the Team Lead Tech Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at smava GmbH, a leading loan portal in Germany. Before that, they were a Senior Talent Advocate | Senior Tech Recruiter at talent.io from November 2017 to July 2019.

Katerina has also held the position of Team Lead Talent Acquisition at Tomato Talent from August 2015 to November 2017. Katerina worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at FrontwiseGroup from March 2015 to November 2017.

Additionally, Katerina has experience as a Human Resources Specialist at ArcelorMittal from May 2014 to March 2015, where they were responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee surveys. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Translator from 2012 to 2015.

Katerina Arsova completed a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, Translation and Interpretation from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje in 2013. Katerina then pursued higher education and obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship from the same university from 2013 to 2015.
