Stephanie Piza

Stephanie Piza is the founder of UNCMMN, a full-service talent management and entertainment strategy firm that amplifies the voices of diverse creators rooted in new media. UNCMMN was launched with the goal of lifting voices of people of color by helping cultivate their visions and expanding their reach.

Piza began her career at CAA in the digital talent and brand partnerships departments before joining talent management company Big Frame, as a manager with a focus on digitally native talent. In 2017, she joined the newly formed Flip Management.

Piza has established herself as a premier dealmaker in the digital space. With the state of entertainment in flux, Piza identified an untapped opportunity in the digital landscape and began building out digitally native talent and helped them grow 360 businesses. In 2019, Piza launched UNCMMN. Some of her clients include celebrity chef Eitan Bernath, TikTok phenom Taylor Cassidy, JC Caylen, Joanne the Scammer, and Buzzfeed premiere creator Freddie Ransome.
