Kristy Welker

Kristy Welker is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a diverse background in brand strategy, public relations, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Mighty Spark since November 2017, Kristy leads brand strategy and execution, overseeing product development, shopper marketing, and budget management. Concurrently, as a Group Fitness Instructor at Snap Fitness 24/7 since February 2019, Kristy promotes health and wellness. Prior experience includes roles at Target, where responsibilities encompassed public relations campaign management and communications strategy, alongside positions at the University of Minnesota as a Marketing Communications Consultant, and Creatis as an Account Executive. Kristy also gained foundational experience at the Mall of America in retail marketing and advertising coordination. Kristy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Merchandising and Advertising from the University of Minnesota.
