Jamie Rao

Jamie has been leading their 4 person accounting team as Controller since 2021.

Jamie quickly assimilated their company culture and notes that being part of a great team and culture where everyone is willing to help each other and is more like a family than business colleagues is part of what fuels her days. Her favorite part about being a leader is being able to empower her team to better themselves, give them a voice, and provide an engaging team environment where everyone has the opportunity for growth. With a previous finance experience in the medical, public accounting, manufacturing, and IT fields, Jamie brings a range of fresh perspectives to the hospitality industry. She takes pride in ensuring financial integrity and providing impactful results to their clients. Jamie has a BS in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis from SNHU and is currently earning her Certified Managerial Accountant's license.
