Guilherme Joventino

Guilherme Joventino currently serves as the COO of MIGNOW since July 2020. Prior to this role, Guilherme held the position of Sales Director at essence IT from November 2016 to July 2020, focusing on helping clients achieve their goals through innovation. Additional experience includes serving as Director of the Retail Business Unit at Grupo Meta and holding various director-level positions at Formers / Innovative and Bayer Crop Science, as well as being part of the SCM Global SAP Team at Sandoz and Philips. Guilherme began a career at Procwork in March 1998. Educational qualifications include a degree from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva and further specialization in negotiation skills at Harvard University from 2009 to 2010.
