Alex Nika is a Senior Equity Fund Analyst at NEFS Investment Fund since October 2023, focusing on Asia and Emerging Markets. Previously served as an Equity Fund Analyst in the same sector. In addition to current roles at Zero Gravity, where Alex acts as both a mentor and mentee, and as a mentee at Migrant Leaders, Alex participated in a candidate program at SEO London. Alex gained practical experience through a Spring Internship at PIMCO in April 2024 and various work experiences with notable firms such as Blackstone RE, Lazard AM, and Deutsche Bank VC between July 2022 and August 2023. Alex began their football career as an academy player at Barnet FC from November 2019 to April 2020. Currently enrolled at the University of Nottingham, pursuing a BSc in Industrial Economics, Alex has a strong academic background with previous studies in Mathematics, Economics, and History at Beths Grammar School and GCSEs from Harris Academy Falconwood.

Build leadership and motivate young migrants to fulfil their true career potential, consequently maximising their contributions to the British economy, society and communities. Provide bespoke support to equip talented young migrants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to enter and take on leadership roles in major public and private sector organisations.
