Dr. Irina Rochal

Dr. Irina Rochal is an experienced professional with a robust background in marketing and research. Currently serving as a Business Mentor at Migrant Leaders since August 2022, Dr. Rochal previously held the position of Global Marketing Manager at Anglo American from July 2021 to August 2024 and was the Regional Creative Lead for EMEA at Facebook from August 2019 to June 2021. Prior roles include Global Account Manager at MediaCom, Global Media Manager at Shell, and a Doctoral Researcher at UCL, where research focused on the interplay of goals and conscious awareness. Dr. Rochal's earlier experiences include consultancy as a Project Lead for the Higher Education London Outreach program and involvement in recruitment for the London Olympics 2012. Dr. Rochal holds a PhD in Social Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from UCL.
