Elham Fardad is a driven and accomplished professional who has held various roles in finance and management with companies such as EY, News Corp, and GE. Currently, Elham is the Founder and CEO of Migrant Leaders, aiming to support young migrants in achieving their career aspirations and contributing positively to British society. With a background in accountancy and finance, Elham holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and is a Fellow Member of ACCA.
