Fatoumata B. currently serves as an International (Spanish) Marketing Advisor at Ant Marketing and has been engaged as a Youth Board Member and Strategy, Media and Communications Intern at Leaders Unlocked since September 2021. In addition, Fatoumata is a member of the Youth Advisory Board for the Youth Endowment Fund, focusing on preventing youth violence, and works as a Spanish tutor for Superprof. Previous roles include Courtroom Operator at Acumé Forensic Ltd, Mentor at Zero Gravity, and upReach Rise Associate at upReach. Fatoumata held the position of President for the Social Mobility Society and completed a Property Securitisation Legal Internship at Devonshires. As part of the Rare Recruitment Articles Programme, Fatoumata participated in insight days at several prestigious law firms. Fatoumata holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leeds and has completed A-levels and GCSEs in various subjects.

It’s aims are to: Inspire and develop disadvantaged young migrants across the UK to broaden their horizons and capture opportunities well beyond their aspirations. Build leadership and motivate young migrants to fulfil their true career potential, consequently maximising their contributions to the British economy, society and communities. Provide bespoke support to equip talented young migrants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to enter and take on leadership roles in major public and private sector organisations.
