Tanja Bechtiger

Tanja Bechtiger is an experienced HR Manager with a comprehensive background in human resources across several organizations, including migrolino AG, TLC International House Zurich-Baden, and Bollag-Guggenheim AG, among others. Tanja has been with migrolino AG since November 2017 and has held HR Manager positions in various companies since 2008. Tanja began their career as a Kindergärtnerin and transitioned to administrative roles before specializing in HR. Tanja holds multiple certifications, including CAS in Systemic Project Management and Health Promotion and BGM in Organizations from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and has a federal degree as a Personnel Specialist. Tanja’s educational background includes a Matura in economics from the Schweizerische Alpine Mittelschule Davos.
