Isabelle Hauser

Isabelle Hauser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Employee Engagement Manager at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund since May 2015. Throughout a progressive career at the same organization, Isabelle has held multiple roles, including Lead HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. In addition to corporate roles, Isabelle operates as an Erzählkünstlerin, Podcasterin & Traurednerin, running an independent venture since September 2022. Educationally, Isabelle holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Zurich, complemented by various positions related to teaching and training in psychology.
