Michaela Mosch

Michaela Mosch is an experienced IT finance and management professional currently serving as the Head of IT Finance Solutions, Business Partner Management, and Account & Service Management at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund since February 2018. Prior to this role, Michaela held various leadership positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from December 2007 to February 2018, including Director of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, where responsibilities encompassed governance oversight and planning. Michaela also served as the Director of Process & Quality Management for the Americas and as a Global Senior Process Manager. Earlier in the career, project management roles were undertaken at UBS AG from December 1999 to November 2007. Michaela holds a Post Graduate with Distinction in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool, along with additional qualifications from AKAD University and Fachhochschule Zurich.
