Sarah Wiederkehr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sarah currently works at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund as the Program Lead for "Systems of Insight." In this role, they are responsible for designing solutions to create customer value with product data and increasing data quality and awareness for business success. Prior to this, they worked at IBM for over a decade, serving as a Managing Consultant and Senior Product Manager. Sarah drove business development, project delivery, and the design of new business models for industrial clients. Additionally, they have experience as an SAP Logistics Consultant and as a Project Management Assistant, where they learned how to set up and run a Project Management Office. Earlier in their career, they interned at Alstom Power and worked as a Test & Deployment Team Assistant at UBS.
Sarah Wiederkehr completed their high school education as an exchange student at Presbyterian Ladies College from 2003 to 2004. Sarah then pursued their higher education at Universität Zürich from 2006 to 2013, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management and Economics. As part of their studies, they also participated in an exchange semester at Appalachian State University in 2010, focusing on Business. Additionally, Sarah has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including an Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator certification from IBM in 2021, a Best of IBM 2019 certification, and a Corporate Service Corps Alum certification, both from IBM, in 2019 and 2018, respectively. Sarah also holds certifications in IBM Blockchain Consulting (2018) and IBM Design Thinking Practitioner (2016). In 2014, Sarah received a SAP Certificate in Procurement with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6 from SAP. Most recently, they obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
