Sena Erol Özdemir

Sena Erol Özdemir has a diverse work experience in the marketing and category management fields. Sena started their career at MİGROS in 2005 as a Category Management Specialist in the Soft Drinks department. In this role, they were responsible for executing strategies, planning promotional activities, and optimizing store shelves and displays.

In 2009, Sena moved to MİGROS TAŞ as a Category Manager for Soft Drinks. Here, they had a larger scope of responsibilities, including delivering long-term trade and business strategies, managing contracts with suppliers, and increasing market shares.

Sena returned to MİGROS in 2015 and took on the role of Marketing Group Manager for Private Label and Exclusive Products. In this position, they played a key role in developing and promoting these product lines. Subsequently, they were promoted to Marketing Group Manager for Business Development and Private Label - Exclusive Products in 2018, where they continued to excel in their marketing responsibilities.

Sena's most recent position was Marketing Director at Migros Ticaret, starting in 2023. Sena held multiple roles within the company, including Marketing Director for Near Food, Marketing Director for Business Development & PL Products & E-commerce & Large Format Stores. Their duties in these positions involved strategic planning, brand development, and driving business growth.

Throughout their career, Sena demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, contributing to the success of the companies they worked for.

Sena Erol Özdemir attended Boğaziçi University from 2001 to 2005, where they studied management. In 2017, they pursued an Executive MBA at Sabanci University. In 2018, they completed a Certificate Program in Leadership & Negotiation at Columbia University's Business School. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate from Koç University for the Kumpem program in the Business School. Prior to college, they attended Nisantasi Anatolian High School from 1994 to 2001.
