Julian Allen

Julian Allen, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Global Talent Management at MiTek, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. At PepsiCo, Julian progressed through roles including Associate Manager and Senior Analyst in Global Talent Management, as well as serving as an OD Intern. Additional experience includes working as a Research Associate & Consultant at OrgVitality and as an Article Reviewer for I/O At Work. Julian also contributed to Penn State University as a consultant for the School of Labor and Employee Relations and served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, while also consulting for the Penn State Huck Life Sciences Assessment System.
