Melanie van Hoof

Melanie van Hoof currently serves as a Verpleegkundig specialist GGZ at Mijzo since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Verpleegkundige in opleiding tot specialist GGZ at Yulius and Verpleegkundige/Begeleider at De Riethorst Stromenland, where responsibilities involved training in de-escalating techniques and patient care. Melanie van Hoof was also a Basisdocent Verpleegkunde at Avans Hogeschool and has extensive experience in high and intensive care at GGz Breburg. Education includes a Master of Science in GGZ from GGZ VS Utrecht and a Master of Arts in Zorgethiek & Beleid from the University of Humanistic Studies, among other qualifications in nursing and social work. Contributions to the field also include participation in various committees and as a nursing congress ambassador in 2017 and 2018.
