Claudia Poguntke - join our team

Claudia Poguntke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Claudia is currently the Chief Communications and Community Officer at Mika, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, Claudia was the Head of Marketing at Mika since January 2020. Before joining Mika, they worked as a Senior Content Manager at Schlütersche Verlagsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG from April 2019 to January 2020. Claudia also has experience in digital marketing, having served as a Digital Marketing Manager at both Invacare Europe from June 2016 to October 2018 and Invacare Corporation in June 2016. Claudia began their professional career as a Creative Director at Kodiak Brand Communications in October 2007 and held the position until January 2016. Claudia also worked as a Senior Copywriter at Lands' End from February 2002 to December 2006. Claudia started their career at Amazon as an Associate Specialist & Newsletter Manager, where they worked from 1999 to 2001. With their extensive experience in marketing, communications, and content management, Claudia Poguntke would bring valuable expertise to any team they join.

Claudia Poguntke has a diverse educational background. Claudia first pursued a field of study in Literary Translations at Royal Holloway, University of London. Afterwards, Claudia obtained a Master's degree in Creative Writing from Alice-Salomon-Fachhochschule für Sozialarbeit und Sozialpädagogik Berlin. Claudia then continued their education at the University of Regensburg, where they earned a Magister / MA degree in Kunstgeschichte and Germanistik.

In addition to their academic achievements, Claudia has also obtained certifications as a Yoga Teacher. Claudia completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training at the Körperschule Isny and holds a Yoga Teacher (200 RYS) certification.
