Eyitayo Iberu-Dolapo

Eyitayo Iberu-Dolapo is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Mikano International Limited since February 2024, Eyitayo has previously held significant positions at JMG Limited, including Deputy Manager of Human Resources, Assistant Human Resource Manager, and HR/Administration Officer. Expertise includes recruitment, performance management, payroll administration, succession planning, compensation and benefits, as well as coaching and mentoring. Eyitayo holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Ado Ekiti.
