Benedikta Putri is a professional with extensive experience in quality management and certification processes. Currently employed at Mikatasa since September 2018, Benedikta is responsible for installing and monitoring Autonomous Maintenance and implementing the 4DX framework to track company objectives. Prior to this role, Benedikta worked at PT. Sun Paper Source from September 2017 to June 2018, focusing on document control within the Certification Department, managing various international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, and IWAY, as well as overseeing pest control reporting. Benedikta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Brawijaya, completed in March 2017.
