Brian Brown

Brian has been working with software and data for over 35 years. That means he’s a first-generation computer geek, dealing in ones and zeros before the first web page went live and well before anyone described a phone as “smart.” Brian’s deep IT expertise is particularly valuable as Mike Albert, and its clients, become increasingly dependent on data to achieve the best business results for their organizations.

As the COO, Brian puts his vast data know-how and leadership skills to work as he stewards the operations of the Fleet Solutions unit and the IT services for all the business units. Among his many responsibilities, Brian continuously evaluates methods to enhance the quality and efficiency of day-to-day operations that empower the associates to consistently deliver exemplary client service.

He also oversees the client-facing technology to ensure upgrades are made and new solutions are developed when there are opportunities to give clients more control over their fleet operations through advanced, streamlined systems.
