Rick Shaum is a seasoned leader in organizational development and coaching, currently serving as President/CEO and Interim CEO of The Champion Group, which specializes in fundraising and strategic services for Christian schools. With a diverse background that includes positions as Senior Associate at TAI Incorporated, Certified Trainer & Coach at SalesLeadership, and Talent Strategist at Cleaver Company, Rick focuses on values-based leadership and high-performance team development. Additional roles include Principal at Pinnacle Coaching, Coach at Maraia & Associates, and advisory positions at PayReel, Inc. and Craters & Freighters National.
