Jason Chang

Jason Chang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent coordination, customer service, and labor relations. Currently serving as a Talent Coordinator at Palantir Technologies since May 2022, Jason has managed various projects related to talent acquisition for the United States Government and internal development initiatives. Prior to this role, Jason worked with the City and County of San Francisco as a Customer Service Agent, efficiently processing service requests and coordinating responses during emergency events. Additionally, Jason held leadership positions with the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, advocating for over 300 flight attendants and overseeing contract negotiations while also managing finances as Secretary-Treasurer. With a foundation in communications studies from San Francisco State University, Jason has developed strong skills in customer relations, employee representation, and administrative support throughout a career that spans several prestigious organizations in the aviation and technology sectors.
