Renecia Lowery Jeter, MA, MEd has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

Renecia currently works at Mike Morse Law Firm as the Chief People and Diversity Officer, where they are responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies, recruiting and retention strategies, and managing benefit plans.

Prior to that, they were the Founder and Principal at Genesis Training, Development and Human Resources, where they provided consulting services for talent acquisition and workforce development projects. Renecia also served as a guest lecturer at Keller Graduate School of Management.

Renecia has held positions as the Director of Human Resources at Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Vice President at North General Hospital, Vice President Human Resources at The Isaac Group, Director of Benefits at Detroit Public Schools, Director Human Resources at the Detroit Institute of Arts, and Human Resources Director at United Way for SE Michigan.

Throughout their career, Renecia has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resource management, including labor relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and strategic planning.

Renecia Lowery Jeter holds a variety of educational degrees and certifications. Renecia has completed their coursework towards a Doctor of Philosophy (ABD) in Organizational Development at Capella University. Renecia also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Education, specifically focusing on Adult Learning Styles, from Marygrove College. In addition, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resource Management, also from Marygrove College. Prior to their graduate studies, Renecia earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communications from Wayne State University.

Alongside their degrees, Renecia has also obtained a Cultural Competency Certification from the Michigan Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative (CEC) in February 2015.
