Giolona Paisiou

Giolona Paisiou is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Representative at Asso.subsea Limited since September 2020, Giolona previously held the role of Human Resources Associate at Mikel Coffee Company, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and overseeing employee benefits. Prior experience as a Store Manager during college involved overseeing cafe operations, training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Giolona holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Alba Graduate Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Laws and Faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
