Brian Guimond, Chief Technology Officer of MIKEL, is focused on developing novel, cost effective technologies for the Fleet that really make a difference. He is a recognized expert in Target Motion Analysis (TMA), tactical analysis and overall submarine combat and sonar systems. Brian is well qualified to understand the Fleet’s needs based on his current knowledge coupled with his extensive experience as the NSAP Science Advisor to the Commander Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC), Tactical Analysis Director for COMSUBPAC, and Chief Engineer for Combat Control Advanced Development at NUWC NPT. Brian Guimond received a BSEE and an MSEE from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
