Michael Dyson

Michael Dyson has extensive experience in operations and executive roles, starting as the Corporate Safety Health And Environmental Affairs Manager/Facilities Manager at Barry Controls in 1995. Michael then moved on to VP of Operations at Cole Hersee Company in 1998, overseeing a multi-site organization and managing production, distribution, and supply chain. Dyson later became President and Chief Operating Officer at Globe Composite Solutions, LLC in 2012, where they focused on developing lean principles, strategic planning, and mentoring team members. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at MIKEL Inc. since 2021.

Michael Dyson attended the University of Ottawa from 1981 to 1982. Michael then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UMass Boston from 1982 to 1989.
