Telayah S. has a diverse work experience in customer success and professional services roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of Customer Success at MikMak, a leading eCommerce enablement and analytics software company. Prior to that, they held senior and manager positions at Airtable, where they contributed to democratizing software creation. Telayah also worked at Sentieo, an equity research platform, as the Director of Professional Services and Manager of Enterprise Success Operations. They started their career at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as a Research Manager and later as a Senior Associate in the North American Financial Services sector.

Telayah S. obtained a Bachelor's degree from Connecticut College in 2015. They also acquired a certification in "Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling" from LinkedIn in 2022.
