Engin Arikan has over two decades of experience as CEO of Mikom, Inc., where responsibilities include talent management, technology management, and future management since February 2001. Prior to this role, Engin served as Chairman of the Board at MIKES Microwave Electronic Systems AS from 1987 to 2000, focusing on technical and financial aspects. Earlier in their career, Engin was a faculty member in the Electrical Engineering Department at METU from January 1978 to January 1990, engaging in research and teaching. Engin holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, completed between 1972 and 1977.
