Pat Gollinger

Pat Gollinger, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Mikro Systems, Inc. since December 2015, Pat previously held the roles of Operations Manager and Personnel Director at The Fenton Art Glass Company from March 1981 to May 2015. Pat's expertise includes employee development, operations management, and benefits administration. Pat earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from West Virginia University during the years 1975 to 1979.
