Lauren Worth

Lauren Worth has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles in human resources, project management, and aesthetic services. Lauren has held positions such as Human Resources Director at Mikron, Director of Human Resources at Weifield Group Contracting, and HR Manager at Halker. Lauren has also worked as a Producer/Project Manager at Mrs. K and as a General Manager at NewScience MD. Additionally, they have experience in the aesthetic field, having worked as an Aesthetics Coordinator at The Center for Aesthetic Facial Surgery and in various roles at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Lauren Worth attended Arapahoe Community College from 2006 to 2007, with a focus on business and marketing. In 1998, they obtained a certificate in esthetics from The Marquis Institute (AVEDA). Additionally, they hold certifications that include a Strategic HR Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) obtained in January 2018, and two Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in November 2016. Furthermore, they obtained an Esthetics certification from the State of Colorado Regulatory Department in January 1999.
