Sabine Heller

Sabine Heller is the Global Head of Characters & Environments at Mikros Animation, a role that involves overseeing character and environment creation across three studio locations. During tenure at Mikros Animation, notable projects include "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem" (2023) and "Orion and the Dark" (2024). Previously, as Head of Characters at Blue Sky Studios, Sabine Heller managed character development on films such as "Ice Age: Scrat Tales" (2022) and "The Peanuts Movie" (2014). Heller's extensive career in animation also includes teaching positions at the School of Visual Arts and AnimSchool, and technical direction roles at various studios. Heller holds a PhD in Film Studies from the University of Kent and an MFA in Computer Art from the School of Visual Arts, among other qualifications.
